I was wrong
November 5, 2008In 2004, when America re-elected George Bush even after his lies and deceptions had been exposed, I felt betrayed. To me America had voted against democracy, against human rights and against the world.
I became cynical, and when Margaret Wente wrote during the Democratic nomination race you didn’t have the courage to elect anyone other than a white man in a suit I believed her.
I was wrong. Yes You Can
